To help make your stay at Crowne Plaza TORONTO AIRPORT in Toronto as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.
- Groups
When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Internet
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
- Parking
Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs CAD 28 per day.
- Pets
Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for CAD 0 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 55 CAD per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.
